The team

Founded by operators who have lived the work.

Integro is led by a small, senior team of founders, clinicians, and technologists. Our co-founders bring decades of experience across integration practice, start-ups, and public-company operations.

Julie and Rafael Simon are co-founders of Integro, focused on addressing one of the psychedelic field's most urgent challenges and greatest opportunities: scalable, high-quality integration support.

Partners in both life and business, their work is grounded in firsthand experience with the transformative potential of psychedelics, particularly in relational and integration contexts. Their journey began through shared experiences that deepened their capacity for clarity, vulnerability, and growth, both individually and as a couple, while navigating the complexities of a blended family and a consciously evolving partnership.

After encountering the lack of meaningful integration support firsthand, they recognized a critical gap in the field. Integro was born as a mission-driven response to expand access to integration that is both high-quality and scalable.

Together, they bring a complementary blend of strategic rigor, technological prowess, and relational depth, in service of building the support systems needed for psychedelics to responsibly reach their full potential.
