Privacy Policy
Your practice is private.
This policy explains what we collect when you use Integro, how we use it, and the control you have over it. It should be read alongside our Data Use Policy and Cookie Policy.
Last updated · May 15, 2026
Integro takes your privacy seriously. We design our platform, tools, and technology to respect and protect your data — collecting only what's necessary, using it responsibly, and giving you transparency and control. We don't sell your personal data, and we apply safeguards to keep it secure.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the product and support your practice. This falls into three categories:
- Account information — your name, email address, password hash, and any profile details you choose to add.
- Practice data — journals, reflections, domain check-ins, and the record of sessions you complete inside the app.
- Usage data — device type, approximate location (from IP), and anonymized events that help us improve the product, where enabled and consented to.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide the features you request — syncing your practice across devices, generating summaries, surfacing patterns over time.
- Keep your account secure and detect abuse.
- Communicate with you about the service, including important safety and policy changes.
- Improve the product in aggregate — we study patterns, never individual journals.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it to advertisers. We do not train third-party AI models on your reflections. Your practice is not a product.
If we ever decide to sell personal data, share data with advertisers, or use data for targeted marketing, we will update this policy clearly and prominently, provide advance notice, and obtain your affirmative opt-in consent before engaging in any such activity.
4. Who sees your data
Only you and people you explicitly share with can read your journals and reflections. A small number of Integro employees can access systems that store your data to operate the service — this access is logged and audited.
We rely on a short list of vetted subprocessors for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. See our Data Use page for the current list.
5. Limits of confidentiality
While Integro is committed to protecting your privacy, confidentiality is not absolute. We may be required to disclose information in response to a valid legal order or regulatory requirement, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is at imminent risk of harm to themselves or others.
6. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your journals, reflections, and profile within 30 days, and purge backups within 90 days. Some records (billing, legal) are retained longer where required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can exercise any of these rights directly in Me → Data & Privacy → Your Data, or by emailing privacy@integro.today.
California residents may have additional rights including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising their rights. Similar rights may apply under laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states, as well as the GDPR for EEA and UK residents.
8. Children
Integro is not intended for anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.
9. International transfers
Integro is operated from the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US under standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
When we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email and in-app before the change takes effect. The version date at the top of this page is the authoritative record.
