Cookie Policy
A short note about cookies.
We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and run the product safely. Optional analytics and third-party tracking technologies are not loaded unless you affirmatively consent.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website or app stores on your device. They let services remember things between visits — keeping you signed in, storing preferences you've set, or helping us understand how features are used. We also use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, local storage, and device identifiers that serve the same purposes.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These keep the service functioning. They include the session cookie that keeps you logged in and a security token that helps prevent cross-site request forgery. You cannot turn these off and still use the app.
Functional
These enable enhanced features and personalization — your selected theme, collapsed vs. expanded panels, and similar UI preferences you've set.
Analytics
The public Site does not currently load analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or other optional third-party tracking technologies before consent. If we enable optional analytics, it will be disabled by default and loaded only after you choose Accept all cookies.
Advertising & targeting
Currently, Integro does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Integro has no advertising business. If this ever changes, we will update this policy, provide advance notice, and obtain your affirmative consent.
3. How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Recognize you and your preferences
- Remember login state and display settings
- Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the Platform
- Detect fraud and protect security
4. Consent and your choices
When you first visit the Site, a bottom banner asks you to choose your cookie preference. Strictly necessary cookies and storage are used to keep the Site and Integro App functioning. Optional analytics, pixels, session replay, and similar third-party technologies are not loaded unless you affirmatively consent to them.
- Accept all cookies — allows strictly necessary cookies and optional analytics cookies or similar technologies, if enabled.
- Accept necessary only — allows only the cookies needed to operate the Site and Integro App.
- Browser or device controls — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
- Account settings — when you have an account, cookie preferences are also accessible from Me → Settings → Privacy.
You may change your choice later by clearing this Site's cookies and local storage or, when signed in, through your account privacy settings.
5. How long cookies last
Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period). Retention periods vary by purpose but will not exceed what is reasonably necessary.
6. Third-party cookies
We do not load third-party analytics or tracking technology before affirmative consent. Third parties that help us operate the service may process information only as needed to provide requested functionality, such as submitting a contact form or processing a payment. If we add a third-party analytics, advertising, pixel, session replay, or similar tool, it must be routed through our consent gate and remain inactive unless you choose Accept all cookies.
7. Local storage & similar technologies
We also use browser localStorage and similar technologies to cache data for offline use and keep the app fast. We also store your cookie banner choice in localStorage so we can honor it on later visits. These are not cookies in the technical sense, but we treat them with the same level of care.
8. Biometrics
Integro does not currently collect or store biometric identifiers. If we ever use technologies that collect biometric data (such as facial recognition, voiceprints, or fingerprint-based authentication), we will provide written notice, obtain legally required consent, retain such data only as long as necessary, and comply with all applicable biometric privacy laws.
9. Your rights under applicable laws
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights over cookie data and personal information. For example:
- California residents may have rights to know what's collected, access specific information, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- Other US states — Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others — provide similar rights under their own laws.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents — we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national data protection laws.
Data privacy laws continue to develop. If you wish to exercise your data privacy rights, contact us at privacy@integro.today.
10. Changes to this policy
As Integro grows, the cookies we use may change. We will update this page when that happens and note it in-app for material changes.
