How It Works · The full arc

The practice
in four stages.

Not a program. A practice. One that meets you wherever you are and holds you through the full arc — before, during, and long after.

A practice, not a prescription. A community, not a course.

IIThe Problem

a recurring pattern

Most people don't struggle to have the experience. They struggle to keep it.
*

Without structure and support, even the most meaningful experiences struggle to translate into daily life. We hear the same four versions of this, again and again:

  1. 01

Insight fades without reinforcement — and the drift begins quietly.

  2. 02

Isolation accelerates the drift — there is no witness to what changed.

  3. 03

Shame about "losing it" grows — as if meaning were something to misplace.

  4. 04

There is no map for the way back — and no one who knows the territory.

IIIThe Practice in Four Stages

An almanac · in four stages

Four stages. One continuous arc.

Integro is structured the way a season is — in stages that overlap, return, and lengthen. What follows is your map; the practice is the path itself.

  1. Days 0 — 7 · stage i.

    Define what matters.

Clarify intention. Map it across six domains of your life.

Begin with Tegra to name what brought you here, and map it across six domains of your life. The work begins with telling the truth about why you came.

    — Sometimes this part is the work.

  2. Days 7 — 30 · stage ii.

    Practice the small thing.

Daily practices, under five minutes, tailored to you.

Daily practices, under five minutes, drawn from your intentions and current capacity. Compounding, not overwhelming. Adjusted as you grow.

    — — or two weeks, or three.

  3. Months 1 — 3 · stage iii.

    Stay held in cohort.

Small live integration groups. Held, boundaried, human.

Small live integration groups (Campfires) — structured, boundaried, designed for honest encounter. The opposite of an audience. The opposite of alone.

    — You will be witnessed.

  4. Onward · stage iv.

    Return, and become.

Track and evolve. Your path adapts as you grow.

Your progress feeds back into the system; the practice adapts as you change. Your Domain Wheel and Book of Life make growth visible — not just hoped for.

    — The work is what continues.

IVTegra

Section IV · The companion

A thread you can return to — months later.

Tegra is not interchangeable with a general-purpose AI. It is purpose-built for the sensitive, specific work of integration — and it never loses the thread.

01

Holds — the full context of your work — across months, not just sessions.

Tegra carries your intentions, your directives, your practices, and your reflections. It does not start over. It picks up the thread.

02

Maps — your stated intentions to the work you should actually be doing.

From what you name in your first session, Tegra builds a structure — directives, domains, a sequence — that connects intention to action.

03

Sequences — compounding daily practices based on where you are.

Short practices, under five minutes, built from your current capacity. Not a static curriculum — a living one, adjusted as you grow.

04

Reflects — your growth back to you — as narrative, not as data.

Your Book of Life holds the arc: what surfaced, what shifted, what continues. Tegra helps you see the shape of your own change.

VCampfires

Section V · Community

Connection accelerates change.
Isolation accelerates drift.

Campfires are small, facilitated live groups — structured for honest encounter, not performance. They are the opposite of an audience. The opposite of alone.

Each cohort moves through Campfires together across the arc. You are never asked to share more than you are ready for. But you will be witnessed.

— held weekly, in groups of six to eight.

Five agreements

01

Confidentiality

What is shared in the campfire stays there.

02

Speak from "I"

Your experience is yours. No one else's.

03

Wholehearted presence

Not multitasking. Not performing. Here.

04

Honesty over performance

Say what is actually true for you.

05

Be visible

You do not have to share more than you are ready for. But be present.

§

I'm really impressed. Right from the start, it felt deeply communal and connected. The insights were on point, and the action items were clear and easy to use. It genuinely felt personalized to me and valuable. This will be a really helpful tool for a lot of people, including myself. Integro is a critical missing piece for the psychedelic space.

Plate V · A practice that holds

§

At Beond, we believe that preparation and integration are just as vital as the medicine itself. Before, during, and long after treatment, Integro's platform ensures that the insights sparked in psychedelic therapy are nurtured, supported, and lived out in daily life. We are excited to collaborate with Integro to advance this innovative approach and help improve valuable tools that strengthen individuals, coaches, and communities on the path of lasting change.
