Understanding the scope of what Integro provides — and where it ends — is important to using it safely. Please read this carefully.

What the Platform is
Integro provides a web-based platform located at integro.today and related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) that incorporate artificial intelligence tools to deliver insights, guidance, and support services. The Platform is designed to provide a space for shared experiences, general information, and supportive conversations — primarily for individuals engaged in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
The Platform provides:
- AI-assisted tools for session preparation, integration support, and reflective practice
- A peer community where users can share experiences and offer mutual support
- Resources and content related to psychedelic-assisted therapy
What the Platform is not
The Platform is not a medical service. It does not provide medical, mental health, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform, its content, and any AI-powered or peer-to-peer interactions are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider, therapist, or other licensed professional.
The Platform does not provide:
- Medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment
- Clinical supervision or oversight of any therapy program
- Emergency mental health services
- Guidance on the acquisition, use, or dosing of any substance
No professional relationship
Use of the Platform, or any of its parts, does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship. Even if a user's medical, mental health, or other healthcare provider recommends using the Platform, the Platform itself is not providing medical, mental health, or other care.
If you have questions about your health, mental well-being, or any condition, seek advice from a licensed and qualified professional in your area. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or experienced on the Platform.
Age and parental involvement
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
If you are in crisis
This Platform is not designed or equipped to respond to mental health emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or are in crisis, contact emergency services immediately or reach out to a qualified crisis support resource:

Your clinical provider should also be contacted if you are experiencing adverse effects related to your therapy. When in doubt, do not rely on the Platform — contact your provider or emergency services.
